Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time

Typical delivery estimates:

- Large Furniture Deliveries: 1–3 weeks
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. AD Modera Living is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
For large furniture items:
- Additional delivery coordination may be required
- Signature may be required upon delivery
- Delivery carriers may contact you directly to schedule delivery
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
