Order Cancellations

Orders placed with AD Modera Living may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be in processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Furniture & Large Item Orders

Certain furniture or specialty items may begin fulfillment immediately after purchase. Once production or shipment has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
